Conditions of use

The use of the Reflex'sol site implies full acceptance of the general terms and conditions of use described below. These terms and conditions of use may be modified supplemented at any time; users of the Reflex'sol site should therefore consult them on a regular basis.

The Reflex'sol site is periodically updated by ADEIMA. In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time: they are nevertheless imposed on the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to become acquainted.

Service and contractual limitation on the technical data

The purpose of the Reflex'sol site is to provide information concerning all of the company's activities.

ADEIMA strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible on the Reflex'sol site. However, it cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the updating, whether they are of its own making or of third party partners who provide such information to it.

All the information listed on the Reflex'sol site is for information only, and is likely to change. In addition, the information contained on the Reflex'sol site is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications having been made since its publishing on-line.

The website will not be held responsible for property damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of the site undertakes to access the site using recent equipment, not containing viruses and with a latest generation up-to-date browser.

Intellectual Property

ADEIMA owns the intellectual property rights or has the usage rights over all accessible elements on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or the process used, is prohibited, without the prior written permission of: ADEIMA.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the site or any of the elements that it contains will be regarded as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

Responsibilities

ADEIMA cannot be held responsible for any direct and indirect damage caused to the equipment of the user during access to the Reflex'sol site and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications outlined in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

ADEIMA also may not be held liable for indirect damages (for example a loss of business or loss of opportunity) arising from the use of the Reflex'sol site.

Interactive spaces (option to ask questions in the contact space) are available to users. ADEIMA reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space which would contravene the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to the protection of data. If applicable, ADEIMA also reserves the possibility of challenging the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, particularly in the case of messages of a racist, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of the media used (text, photography)….

Personal Data

In France, personal data is notably protected by Law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the Reflex'sol site, the following details may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the Reflex'sol site, the user's Internet access provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user.

In any event ADEIMA collects personal information relating to the user only for the purposes of some of the services offered by the Reflex'sol site. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when it enters it itself. The obligation whether or not to provide such information is then specified to the user of the Reflex'sol site.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and liberties, every user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to their personal data, by making a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of their identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the response must be sent.

No personal information of the user of the Reflex'sol site is published unbeknownst to the user, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any media to third parties. Only the possibility of repurchase of ADEIMA and of its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential purchaser which in turn would be held to the same requirement of conservation and modification of data toward the user of the Reflex'sol site.

The databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

Cookies and hyperlinks

The Reflex'sol site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, put in place with the permission of ADEIMA. However, ADEIMA does not have the opportunity to check the content of the sites thus visited, and will not assume any responsibility for this as a consequence.

Browsing the Reflex'sol site is likely to cause the installation of cookies on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file, which does not allow the identification of the user, but which stores information relating to the browsing of a computer on a site. The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing on the site and also enables various measures of visits.

Under Internet Explorer: tab tool (cog-shaped icon in the top right corner) / Internet Options. Click Privacy and choose Block All Cookies. Validate on OK.

Under Firefox: at the top of the browser window, click on the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click on the Privacy tab. Set the Conservation Rules to: use custom settings for history. Finally de-select it to disable the cookies.

Under Safari: Click on the top right corner of the browser on the menu icon (symbolised by a cog). Select Settings. Click Show Advanced Settings. In the "Privacy" section, click Content Settings. In the "Cookies" section, you can block the cookies.

Under Chrome: Click on the top right corner of the browser on the menu icon (symbolised by three horizontal lines). Select Settings. Click Show Advanced Settings. In the "Privacy" section, click preferences. In the "Privacy" tab , you can block the cookies.

Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with the use of the Reflex'sol site is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.

"User" refers to the internet user connecting, using the site named above.

"Personal Information" refers to the "information which allows, in whatever form, directly or not, the identification of natural persons to whom it applies" (Article 4 of Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978).
